Tara Campbell has always been a leader, educator and fascinated with transformation. She started the practice of yoga at an early age and spent decades in spiritual, travel, and nature explorations. Tara completed a degree in Anthropology with fieldwork in India and a Masters in Environmental Studies. Her research in Costa Rica focused on sensory connections to nature and medicinal plant healing. Tara has also trained with a herbalist making traditional herbal medicine and developed environmental education programs.
Tara fell into the world of adventure travel in Latin America where she explored countries for almost a decade, eventually inspiring her to connect wellness with travel. She became an entrepreneur and developed a travel agency leading yoga retreats in Brazil and Peru. Tara now integrates somatic embodiment practices with her adventurous spirit to guide others on transformation journeys.
